Nigel Simpson, 66, of Newcastle Avenue, Worksop, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis, after initially denying the charge. He also admitted being in breach of a conditional discharge imposed for using threatening words or behaviour. On March 11, he was fined £446 and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was banned for 12 months but the disqualification will be reduced by 91 days if he completes a rehabilitation course for drink-drivers by October 2021.
Thomas Doyle, 26, of Manton Crescent, Worksop, admitted breaching Coronavirus rules by gathering with others, in Worksop, on November 13, last year. On March 11, he was fined £270 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

Hide AdSarah Hurlstone, 42, of Canal Road, Worksop, admitted theft and breaching a suspended sentence order. On March 11, a 12 month community order was made with 15 rehabilitation days. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge. A 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, was extended to 18 months.
Nicola Cooley, 35, of Woodhall Green, Retford, admitted drink driving. She had 105 mcgs of alcohol when the legal limit is 35 mcgs. She will be sentenced on April 26.
Jason Cartier, 39, of Ryton Street, Worksop, was found guilty of driving while disqualified, without insurance, and failing to stop. On March 8 he received a 20 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was ordered to pay £422 costs and he was disqualified for 12 months.
Keeley Brewer, 26, of Oxford Road, Reading, admitted conveying tobacco and cannabis into HM Prison Ranby, on March 7, last year. She will be sentenced at Nottingham Crown Court, on April 1.

Hide AdKyle Roberts, 34, of Rampton Hospital, Woodbeck, Retford, admitted assaulting an emergency worker. On March 11, he was jailed for three months because the offences involved spitting and biting.
Jake Dennington, 29, of Pelham Street, Worksop, admitted breaching a non-molestation order, on February 26. On March 13, he was jailed for 16 weeks. A two-year restraining order was imposed. He was ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
John Fields, 43, of Arundel Walk, Bircotes, admitted two counts of assaulting an emergency worker. On March 13, he received a two-year community order and must attend the 31-day building better relationships programme and ten rehabilitation days. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, costs of £85 and a £95 surcharge.
Jamie Kettle, 34, of Dorchester Road, Bircotes, admitted theft. On March 13, he received a four week prison sentence, suspended for six months. He was ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
