Retford: Man due to appear in court after town centre fight
An 18-year-old man was due to appear before magistrates today (Wednesday 19th March) after a 23 year-old man was knocked unconscious following a fight on Sandringham Road in Retford on Saturday night (15th March).
Joshua Nyasha Gokoko, of Brixworth Way, was due to be charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.
A 19-year-old man, also from Retford, has also been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in police custody.
The man injured in the fight remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
